Welcome to The Feel Well Empowerment Center, a wellness center that is focused on mind, body, and spiritual health. Based in Altadena, CA, we seek to help people from all walks of life manage everyday stressors with creative intervention. Our wellness services include early education, yoga classes, play therapy, art therapy, online therapy, online counseling, telehealth, and group therapy service. We also aim to improve the lives of families with our mommy and me classes and kids programs that support healthy interpersonal relationships.
