Our Wellness scope is broad, including a strong emphasis in the following areas: financial, physical, social, emotional, spiritual, mental, and relational. With our network of entrepreneurs and experts, we have developed a system to help train and develop an individual or business to achieve and maintain wellness in all aspects of life. Our current focus is on the development of a local community center. Currently we are servicing our community through a local University where we provide adult and child fitness classes, including: first aid and CPR/AED, gymnastics, water safety, swimming and more. We offer "financially fit" sessions where we take an individual or small business through the essential steps to be taken to get started right, and how to avoid and survive financial pitfalls
