We are an outdoors, in the grass, on the beach or at the park FREE mobile fit club. We will rotate around the North County with the goal of making health and fitness interesting, fun and exciting. As a FREE mobile fit club there will be fitness activities for all adult age groups and fitness levels - walking, running, stretching, and several light to intense fitness challenges. Whether you are overweight, underweight, out of shape, or in shape, it does not matter what condition you are in, we don't judge, and we have a program for you. Our mission is to bring health and wellness to the community at no charge.
