MISSION STATEMENT Hearts of Color's, March 2014 was incorporated as a non-profit public benefit corporation. Our Mission is to provide support, information, education, and resources related to heart disease the #1 killer of minority women, men, and often children; even more heart disease impacts lives of minorities. Our organization will ensure that minority women, men and children have recommendations to affordable healthcare providers, and services for heart disease as well as other chronic diseases. OBJECTIVE Hearts of Color’s objective is being proactive in helping at-risk women, men, and children's obtain a healthy quality of life before and after experiencing heart disease events, diabetes, obesity, and other chronic diseases. Our organization will provide resources for individuals in need of any health and wellness information, educational age appropriate workshops and information required to contact healthcare providers. We are committed to serving and advocating for our local community residents who are disenfranchised and collaborating with others in the community to improve the quality of life.
