Our fitness area consists of free weights, lat machine, treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike, all free to use! We do Zumba on Tuesday nights, starting at 4:30 with a long session, and at 5:30 for a quicker session. Our Nutrition Class/weight loss challenge begins at 6 pm.
