For individuals and professionals, we offer Intro to Mindful Meditation classes and mentoring, Discover Inner Peace workshops and Productivity in the Workplace programs. Our school programs include Centered Students Seminars, Mindfulness Training for Educators, Centered Kids Classes for K-8 and Resilient Life Skills Training for 9-12 and the at-risk population. Custom courses for social workers and professionals are available, as well as on-line, telephone and SKYPE training for groups, families and for one-to-one clients.
