Founded in 2004 by stretching expert Jorden Gold, Stretch Zone combines practitioner-assisted stretching with patented stretching equipment to develop The Stretch Zone Method. Jorden is the first to develop a system that brings assisted stretch to a mainstream audience. Through the use of our in-house certified practitioners, Stretch Zone increases muscle functionality, which makes daily movement efficient, effortless and, most importantly, pain free.
