The John P. Murtha Wellness Center at Highlands Hospital offers a very relaxed fitness environment, different from most fitness centers. We have cardio and strength training equipment, a group fitness room where aerobics, yoga, and ZUMBA classes are taught. We also have an Exercise Physiologist on staff to assist with exercise and perform routine fitness assessments. Everything is included with membership or a one day guest pass!
