I am a Guild Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner which plays into how I relate to people's movement. One time it may be a dancer, another time with a person who has a brain injury. My focus is to help them find the neuro-pathways that allow them to understand their movement & how to make their bodies work the best for them. I offer group classes called Awareness Through Movement® and also individual lessons known as Functional Integration®. My Vermont Feldenkrais studio is in Williston, VT.
