Bell County EMS Training is located in Killeen Texas and we offer EMT courses, ACLS and PALS classes, CPR classes, First Aid courses, DAN courses, and a Concealed Handgun course. We will be offering more courses soon, such as Tactical Medicine and Stranger Danger. We currently are accepting payments for courses through PayPal, and courses are by appointment only. What We Have To Offer We currently teach Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), EMT Refresher, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), CPR and First Aid courses, Texas Concealed Handgun course (CHL), as well as Diver Alert Network (DAN) courses.
