I run a holistic practice as a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner, Elemental Reflexologist, Reiki Master and am licensed in Relaxation Massage. I am a member American Polarity Therapy Association since 2008. I help the client balance their energetic patterns and in so doing help the client identify those patterns where they are blocked or distorted as they integrate the body work. An important aspect of my work is education and communication with instruction in polarity exercises and energetic food awareness. We work as a team toward healthy goals. I consider it my job to strengthen the client's own mind-body connections so that the work we do together will hold a lasting benefit. Remember, I am not the healer. YOU ARE!

I believe food is meant to be enjoyed, and proper nutrition isn't reached through deprivation or punishment. I offer support and accountability for lifestyle changes, and take pride in developing dietary plans that nourish my clients and help them to feel their best!
