I run a holistic practice as a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner, Elemental Reflexologist, Reiki Master and am licensed in Relaxation Massage. I am a member American Polarity Therapy Association since 2008. I help the client balance their energetic patterns and in so doing help the client identify those patterns where they are blocked or distorted as they integrate the body work. An important aspect of my work is education and communication with instruction in polarity exercises and energetic food awareness. We work as a team toward healthy goals.
