The foundation for the Lottes Companies began in 1919 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. In 1977, David J Lottes began a vigorous effort to expand the company. The company grew to become a recognized local institution, providing roofing services for businesses all over the city, and eventually, throughout the state. After success throughout the Midwest, the company expanded to the Southeastern USA where it blanketed the region with it's roofs. In1984, we became nationwide, with our name attached to millions of square feet of roofing. By 2007 we began to go global. With our international business connections, we and our affiliated partners have facilitated either the purchase or the actual construction of over 270 Million Square Feet of roofing worldwide with customers in over 21 countries.
