We are a framing crew. I do not get permits. I do not draw prints. I do not order or pay for dumpsters. I do not order or pay for lumber.(I will give you a lumber list) But ,I do have access to Architects & Engineers. (added fees) I DO NOT ASK FOR MONEY UP FRONT!!!! We have references. I will give you phone numbers & addresses when we talk. Prices start at $4.00 a square foot. If you require Lic. & Ins. ,The fee is $2000 above & beyond the price of the frame quote. (I do not believe the Government has a right to regulate how I make a living.)Last years Lic.& Ins, payment was $15,000. If you need the security of ins.,then you can foot the bill. CASH gets you a 10% discount.
