Since 1984 we have built over 280 new homes on the eastern end of Long Island making us the largest and most experienced builder in the Hamptons and the North Fork. As the East End has changed dramatically since 1984 we recently changed our business name from Future Surroundings Modular Homes to Hamptons Modular Homes to better reflect the services we provide. In the 1980's a standard modular home was 1,500 - 2,800 square feet. In today's marked with higher land prices on the east end home sizes have grown and new homes in the 4,000 - 6,000 square feet are becoming more of a standard.
