Hourly and monthly rates. We do offer 24-hour access. It's shared commercial kitchen space. It's not a restaurant. We are located at 7th st and Dunlap with easy access to the 51 and I 17 freeway. By law, tenants will be required to schedule an inspection and obtain a food establishment permit through Maricopa County Environmental Services. This is a well-equipped kitchen and we have space to bring in your own equipment.
