Eric developed his love of working with landscaaping at the feet of his granfather in his native Alsace, France."Starting at five, I worked with him in his orchard and vegetable garden," he says. In school Eric studied accounting,but chose instead to pursue his other love-cooking-at restaurants in Canada and the US, eventually landing at the Hyatt Regency Monterey. Ultimately, recalling the joy he experienced working in his grandfather's garden, he hung up his togue and founded AES Lanscaping in 1988. Eric has created several high-profile public Peninsula landscapes, including that of the newly renovated Sunset Center and the Monterey Peninsula College Library and Technology Center. And AES Landscaping is equally adept at residential intallations.
