W. A .E. Corporation's mission is to provide the Cortland, Ohio-area with high-quality single- and multi-family home sites while maintaining environmental awareness. We pride ourselves on preserving local wetlands, as well as producing low waste during our builds and using premium recycled materials. We also extend the customer service of building attractive and cost-conscious residences on all of our sites. Owner/contractor agreements are offered at one's request, which allows the homeowners to not only pick out their own flooring, but to also come in, paint and do upgrades to the home themselves.
