In 2009 we began to have our homes energy star rated. this process is the same as we have always built homes. the owner of the company , Dennie Shiner , has close to thirty years experience. he has always taken pride in his work, and this is apparent in the quality of the homes we build. Dennie Shiner Construction works with the home owner to create a beautiful home. We use subcontactors who share in the desire to do quality work. I ma Bryan Shiner, Dennie's oldest son. I have been working with my dad since i was young. I am in charge of all the work conducted in the field. Working closely with my father through the years has taught me the importance of quality work.
