It has been proven time and time again that a properly staged home not only sells faster, and buyers are willing to pay a higher price than if not staged. Why? Because it makes you feel good about the home! When a prospective buyer views a home they try to imagine themselves living there. If the home shows cluttered and/or dark and dim, no matter how clean it is, they cannot view themselves owning that home! I come in and put the 'finishing touches' that will say to that buyer, 'BUY ME!'  I specialize in vacant home stages. This is where I come in and add furniture, props, and greenery to the 'core' rooms (typically living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and all bathrooms... and then any 'odd' room that doesn't speak for itself).
