Prior to launching Chief Handyman, Tom Gingerich retired at the rank of Senior Chief after serving 26 years in the U.S. Navy. As a resident of Annapolis, MD for more than 40 years, he is dedicated to the area and appreciates its local businesses. Most recently, Tom was the Senior Project Manager for a $12 million, 70 thousand square foot historic building renovation -- a project spanning more than 9 years encompassing every aspect from drawings, environmental, demolition, construction and inspections. Additionally, Tom has built and/or remodeled several homes, and is familiar with all the standards and techniques used for construction of residential homes. Currently he holds both a Maryland Contractor's license (MHIC 128052) and Maryland Home Inspectors license (No. 30793).
