Perucchi Construction was founded in 2001 by Mr. Perucchi, a Brazilian-Italian descendant who migrated to the United States in 1994 and started framing homes the very next day. He started working for a local general contractor in Maryland, who allowed him to work closely with tradesmen of various prestigious home-building companies. Quickly he learned carpentry techniques and how plans and blueprints were put together. In the building industry he served many well-known companies in Maryland, such as NV Homes, Patriot Homes, Haverford Homes, Ryan Homes, DR Harton, Hampton Homes, and many others.
