Founded in 1957 by Pat McIntosh, McIntosh Corporation pioneered CAD-generated, sub-assembled component installations of commercial mechanical systems. Through these processes, property owners in Tulsa and the surrounding area could fast-track project completions while also ensuring that their projects remain within their designated and approved budgets. Today, that forward-thinking approach has made McIntosh Corporation is one of the most prominent, successful and financially sound contractors in Northeast Oklahoma. McIntosh Corporation utilizes in-house design teams to create specialized design-build projects for clients. These teams can fully coordinate each aspect of a project with property owners, engineers, architects, and construction managers – from conceptual stages through the project's completion. In addition to this, our coordinating and drafting department uses state-of-the-art computer-aided drafting (CAD) systems and building information modeling (BIM). Any necessary plotting is done in-house or out-sourced as needed.
