Jessica’s father, Jesse Vargas, was a traditional handyman who specialized in the craft. As a young girl, she would often watch as her father helped fix and replace old driveways and parking lots over her summer breaks. Her father Jesse worked hard to provide and urged her to pursue higher education which she did. Perhaps unintentionally though, he also taught his daughter some valuable lessons from those summers together.. He taught her the methods he had learned. Those which had been passed down through generations. He taught her to take pride in her work, taught her to serve customers, taught her honesty and to treat customers with kindness and respect.
