Dixon Marine Services, Inc. (DMS) was founded in 1998 by Rebecca Dixon and Mark Sutton, who have more than 25 years of experience in marine and wetlands operations. We are a certified woman-owned small business that believes in enjoying and preserving the natural environment and its native inhabitants. By participating and consulting for environmental restoration and remediation projects occurring on the west coast, the work and dedication to that belief is a reflection of our company. DMS has accomplished a wide variety of projects on the water. We provide private and public sector clients with marine & environmental science consulting services including sediment characterization, water quality monitoring, physical oceanography, construction management, and dredge material management.
