Eau Claire Insulation began under the watchful eye of Paul Bearson in the 1960's, offering quality attic insulation, then shifted to Paul's son, Jeff Bearson. However, the Bearson era would come to an end when Patrick Smith, an Eau Claire native, purchased the company in 2004.
