Seelye Group Ltd. (SGL) has experienced steady growth since it's founder, Gary Seelye, started installing carpet in 1968 in the mid-Michigan area. In 1988, the cleaning division, Fresh Tracks, was started. Fresh Tracks specializes in surface cleaning such as flooring, panel systems & upholstery, windows, walls and ceiling tiles. "White Glove" cleaning is an example of Fresh Tracks' complete cleaning program which works in tandem with new contract furniture installation or reconfiguration. In 1990, SGL implemented "Furniture Lift," a unique method of lifting panel system furniture to replace modular carpet in lieu of doing a complete tear-down and reinstallation of panels. SGL has worked nationwide and has successfully worked in most of the 48 continental states.
