Although Chris LaBauve at the age of 51, has been in business 19 years, his experience began at the age of 17 as a student of Bldg. Trades at Gulf Area Vo-Tech. After which he came up in the business working for various residential and commercial contractors. Upon going into business for himself, he began as the head carpenter of his comany, renovating and remodeling older homes , some of which were 100 years old or older. LaBauve Construction also served Vermilion Parish by re-roofing over 100 homes in the Abbeville area after Hurricane Lily as well as numerous home repairs for homeowners who needed to get the job done and done right.
