We repair sunken concrete by raising it to its level position. Concrete sinks because the soil base beneath it compacts and creates a void. By filling the void, we can raise the concrete to its proper level. With twenty-seven years of experience, we know our trade. It is our mission to provide a good customer experience on every job at an affordable price.
To raise concrete, a few a 1 ¼” holes are drilled through a sunken slab in the most inconspicuous locations. A nozzle is then inserted into the holes and a blend of sand grout is pumped through a hose to fill the void under the slab. The repaired concrete is ready to be walked on immediately, and there is virtually no damage to the surrounding landscape.
Jobs vary in cost, depending on their size and/or difficulty, but we are always about 50% less expensive than removing and replacing. An additional benefit is that we are able to preserve the original color of the concrete, as opposed to partial replacement, which generally leaves owners with a two-toned slab. We do residential, commercial and industrial work.
