First, our team sands the floor down to bare wood, removing the old coating and eliminating any scratches. Then we apply a new oil stain in a color of your choice; this includes Natural, Provincial, Golden Oak, as well as 30 other colors. After the stain, we put on three coats of Duraseal™, a polyurethane coating that seals in the color and protects your floors for years to come. The entire process takes three to five days depending on the size of your home.
