For Bobby Floyd, it all started when he was a child. Like most children in East Tennessee, Bobby grew up watching his father closely what he did, how he did it, and why it was done that way. At the young age of 10 years old, Bobby began working side-by-side with his father, learning all of the tips and tricks of the trade. As a young man, Bobby ventured off down his own path exploring and learning many different types of trades. Quickly he discovered what the industry was lacking. In 2019, Bobby Floyd founded ' Flooring & More Specializing in Flooring, Painting, and Kitchen & Bathroom remodels.
