We are a non union elevator company operating on Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County. As we all know in order to get the elevator certificate of operation, an annual inspection/test report have to be performed as prescribed on Chapter 399 of Florida Statutes. Sometimes violations are founds and they need to be corrected in order to make the elevator complied with safety codes.
