All City Elevator, Inc. was founded in 1992 by owner and CEO Kevin M. Whaley. The Minnesota based company has since been serving the greater Twin Cities metro area specializing in vertical transportation. Offering complete modernization services for all types of vertical transportation, specialized and custom repair options, and several preventative maintenance packages catered to our customer needs. Operating out of the “Midway” area of St. Paul; we are a team of 40 field and office personnel, including experienced supervisors, managing the service, repair, and modernization departments. We have been a successful competitor in the elevator service industry for over 20 years, serving our customer & striving to exceed their expectations.
