Sweep and remove dust and small construction debris from all floors, garages, storage areas and basements (crawl spaces are not included). Clean all floors surfaces, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Remove marks from construction adhesives. Remove paint from and clean all windows, inside and outside, including all basement windows, garage windows and skylights (inside only). Vacuum all carpeted floors Clean and dust with a treated cloth, all counter tops, cabinets and vanities, inside and outside; remove all construction debris and place debris in containers provided by the Builder. Remove all manufacture's labels, except energy labels on appliances and maintenance sticker on vanity. Clean and vacuum all door thresholds, patio doors and window sills, including tracks.
