C R Homes is owned and operated by Loren Rosen. Loren started his career by studying architecture in college and with his passion for construction, he decided that building and remodeling homes with his designs would be fulfilling. After 20 plus years working for builders, from carpenter to construction manager, he established C R Homes in 2001. Over the years, our firm has completed numerous projects. These projects have ranged from small repairs and renovations to million dollar plus custom homes. Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality homes, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of construction services - from home repair to new construction.
