Schander Remodeling Inc was established in 1986 as a full scale kitchen and bathroom company. Over our history we have remodeled thousands of kitchens and bathrooms in both residential and commercial settings. With customer referrals as our main source of business we have built a quality business that caters to customers needs and desires. New home construction and room additions were a logical progression from the Kitchen and Bathroom business which we started 29 years ago. Commercial work has also been part of our business, Office build outs, Car dealers and mail order distribution centers are all projects we have completed. Recently a new opportunity has come to our attention our customers were looking to maintain their office and home with short term contracts so we started a Property Maintenance division.
