Complete Turf Service is owned by Joe Barkdull and Doug Martin. The company was founded in 2008, but really began much before that. In fall of 2000 owner Joe Barkdull was working as a consultant and Senior Project Manager, for a general contractor installing synthetic fields in 5 mid-western states. Then, in 2005 Joe and his crew were hired on by SprinTurf International, and Joe began working as their Mid-west Regional Manager. Later, Joe left SprinTurf with the vision of forming his own company. He wanted his company to be known for using industry leading equipment, and for their experienced, dedicated installers.
