Fence Xperts was formed in 2016 between a frustrated fence customer and a fence company employee. The fence customer, we’ll call him Marty, was frustrated beyond belief when he couldn’t reach his salesman to confirm some very important details of his installation. After numerous, unheeded/no returned calls, Marty demanded to talk to the owner. When he couldn’t get through to the owner, he asked if there was anyone there who had a clue, “about anything”. Marty was transferred to, we’ll call her Cindy. After listening to Marty vent, probably only a minute or so, she found out what Marty needed confirmation on and tried to assure him that she would let the crew know of his special circumstances. After all, Cindy was the scheduler and assigned the work orders.​ While the crew was installing Marty’s fence it became apparent to Marty that he needed a higher fence to contain his guard dog. Instead of calling his salesman, Marty called Cindy. Cindy ordered the material, gave Marty the new price, rescheduled the job and kept Marty informed of each step. No “Phone Tags”. When Marty asked Cindy why she didn’t have her own company, since she clearly ran things, she replied: “If I had the money, I would have opened my own fence company years ago.” Marty said, “I have it, let’s talk”.
