Valcourt Building Services is a premier provider for waterproofing, window cleaning, and restoration services. The company was founded in 1986 and has grown from a small window cleaning company serving the Washington, D.C. area into one of the largest exterior maintenance companies in the country. Our Family has repaired foundations in the Houston area for 3 generations. We are family owned and operated, and install both systems of foundation repair commonly used in Houston. We install Deep Drilled Bell Bottom Piers, and Dura Lock Hydraulically Driven Pilings. Both systems are FHA and VA approved.
We also install preventative systems such as Deep Root Barriers, French and Yard Drains, and Moisture Maintenance Systems. We test and repair under-slab sewer systems, and have a Civil Engineer PE, who certifies all of our foundation repairs.
Our cleanup services can include adjusting doors, neatly chiseled and seated concrete repairs, plywood lawn protection, tuck pointing mortar cracks, sprinkler and yard drain responsibility, and landscaping. Interior repair services can include plastic protection for walls and contents, re-stretching carpets, and crafted hardwood floor repairs. We can also perform epoxy injections and coatings to prevent moisture and termite penetration.
In addition to concrete slab foundations, we also repair Pier and Beam types of foundations. We can install new treated 4 X 6 or 6 X 6 sills and floor joists, re-build base assembly piers, install termite shields, and add stabilized sand to prevent water migration under the foundation supports.
Dura Pier has a Certified Foundation Repair Specialist accredited by the National Foundation Repair Association. We make sure that each inspection is done thoroughly, and that each estimate will give options to repair the current settlement areas.
