Northbridge was founded in 2013. After spending nearly 2 decades working for various IT support companies, our founder decided that enough was enough. The business approach of many IT companies is to sell as much product as possible, be it the right product or not, while investing as little into customer service as they could get away with. While that may sound like a solid "business model", it doesn't really do much for the customer. Customers are the foundation on which Northbridge was founded. We firmly believe that great customer service is what is missing from most service related companies today. We take pride in establishing a true partnership with our customers, not just a contractual arrangement. We are not some faceless conglomerate with outsourced support staff that doesn't speak english. Our staff truly cares about their customers, yes their customers.
