Balanced Electric, Inc. is owned and operated by Supervisor Electrician Kim McBride and General Journeyman Electrician Michelle Ericson. Each of us have over 25 years in the electrical industry with Kim having a degree in Energy Management from LCC. Kim Michelle are certified Generac Installers and Air-Cooled Generac Repair Technicians. Kim Rachel will be the ones that you will be seeing to get the project done. Michelle enjoys lighting and electrical design and helping others to create the perfect lighting and electrical layout for their space. Michelle manages the office and usually is the one to look at different projects with either the owner or any of our general contractors we work with. Michelle is responsible for creating the job proposals, ordering of material, keeping up with the billing and permits all the way through to the final billing. The newest member of our team is Rachel Vettrus. Rachel is brand new to the trade.and we are excited to welcome her to our team. Rachel has great organizational skills and desire to learn which is great attributes to this industry.
