J&B Communications is owned and operated by Owners Joshua Reece and Barton Hisel. Both partners bring over 20 years combined industry experience to the company. We as a company believe in a few basic things. The company was put together with Veterans in mind as Co-Owner, Barton, is retired from active duty military service with the US Marine Corps and OIF Veteran.
