Quality Control Our rotomolding operation is 7P compliant and certified to ISO9001-2008. ISO registration ensures specific quality guidelines are being met. Our strong committed quality control department maintains 24-hour product inspections. Production Capabilities Hedstrom Plastics provides rotational molding processing in polymer resins and PVC. Production runs three shifts, five to seven days per week by a committed team with significant rotational molding experience. Engineering Our team helps move you through the entire process: from idea generation to completed product. We offer design, mechanical, industrial, and process engineering capabilities. We’ll even help you find the right plastic molding for your product if rotomolding won’t work for you. Mold Shop / Fabrication Thanks to our large rotomolding facilities, we are also able to provide in-house maintenance on molds. Our quality workmanship protects our customers’ investments.
