Humanitarian Operations Project Earth, (HOPE), is a reliable, responsive, and forward planning non-governmental organization (NGO) established to serve as an implementing partner to donor agencies and other NGOs for providing resources and capabilities in conflict zones and international communities where human life and the environment are in peril.
