We specialize in providing our customers with a trusted source for their short run casting requirements. Production foundries can not economically make low volumes of castings or utilize pattern equipment that is old. We pride ourselves in being able to make castings from almost any usable patterns whether they be loose wood patterns, match plates, or larger cope and drag plates. Our molding centers include a squeezer and bench molding area, a heavy floor where we mold cope and drag rotolift and loose floor molds, and an airset molding area for the larger castings we produce. We melt in coreless induction furnaces utilizing thermal analysis for composition control in conjunction with the owner's experience and degree in metallurgy.
