Prototype and production tooling for sand cast foundries. We work with customers all over the United States. We also provide prototype and service part volume castings in the iron, aluminum, and steel categories. Volumes up to 3000/yr and iron castings from 1 to 1000#. We have a staff of 12 people and 6 CNC machines. Recently we have acquired an ExOne S Max sand printer to print molds and cores without any tooling. This allows us to print low volume or highly complex molds and cores, ship directly to the foundry and pour castings in a very show window of time. Also eliminates the need for pattern storage.
