In order to improve the existing oven design and develop the American Cook System Design, we researched a 7 year service history on the competition, and designed around the competition's steamer, making 3 major engineering change enhancements. We quote an Applebees franchisee of 30 stores as saying, "We have tried all of the various boilerless steamers on the market, and yours uses less water, and is more efficient than any steamer we have tried". We heard from the owner of South City Kitchen in Atlanta, GA today. He replaced his boiler steamer with one of our boilerless steamers. He is saving over $250/month on his water bill alone. I am certain that if he looks at his electric bill and water bill combined he will save around $6,000 a year for installing our boilerless steamer.
