(HEI) an employee owned company, founded in 1978 with the purpose to provide the design and installation of wastewater treatment equipment to the metal finishing industry. The need for a competent, reliable contractor was focused by the demand of the new emerging governmental environmental regulations within that industry. HEI has successfully developed a library of knowledge on the economical treatment of toxic heavy metals, oil & grease, and toxic hydrocarbons.
