History The United Veterans of America was founded by The Honorable Dr. Barry Allen Krupkin as the original worldwide veteran's organization in January of 1980. As a veteran himself, Dr. Krupkin saw a great need for a veteran's organization that would offer membership to veterans and allied veterans of the United States, including their families. Since our inception, the UVOA has grown to over 289,864 members. Mission The mission of the UVOA is to ensure that the issues affecting veterans and their families are recognized and addressed. We have been involved in many topics over the years, always striving to ensure the highest quality of care for our veterans.
