This company idea started as a labor of love for my mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law.
I had seen my mother struggling how to get my grandmother to this doctor appointment by 10am, forgetting that she had her own doctor appointment at 11:00am on the same day, always refusing help because everything was under control. Exhausted from the shopping and laundry she had done the night before. I thought to myself, if only we could get her help for a few services it would be smooth sailing.
I have seen my mother-in-law going from daughters to daughter-in-laws and finally ended up in a convalescent home. I was her caregiver for a time, and when I needed help from family members it was difficult for them to help, because there just wasn't enough time in the day.
